After the initial delicious sweet shop scent of sherbet and citrus, this satisfyingly fizzy pét nat is popping with tropical fruit flavours from mango to lychee.
Made only with handpicked fruit from some of Herefordshire’s most beautiful traditional standard orchards, this cider blend of four varieties was fermented slowly using wild yeasts and then cold racked to retain the apples’ natural sweetness. When all is said and done, it’s a bold juicy, fruit party of a cider. Ain’t no big decision! You know what to do! 750ml. 4.6%.
