A unique tasting bitter sweet cider apple. Pressed on a traditional manual rack and cloth press and fermented in an oak Speyside whisky cask, this cider has a fresh aroma with hints of honey and vanilla from the whisky cask mixing with ripe apple and citrus fruit. A unique sour acidity and lots of minerality, all Followed up with plenty of punchy tannins. Dry. 568ml. 6.5%
