Even during the victory of Pilsbier, the Bayreuth brewery did not lose its place at all, because our master brewers continue to produce this popular, honest beer with pleasure.
Brewing an excellent Bavarian Light is the true brewing art and a real challenge for the master brewers, because even the slightest imperfection would immediately unmask the experienced beer lover.
