Santiago Valley is a Rioja barrel aged triple fruited sour using red grapes, raspberries and blackcurrants. Part of the beer is aged in white Rioja barrels and part in red Rioja barrels – both for 9 months – and then blended together to create a robust, intensely fruity and oak forward sour.
