Appearance: Wheat straw with fine bubbles Aroma: Fresh clover honey, wheat grass and strawberries Flavour: Light and dry, with a long lemony finish. Varieties used: Kingston Black, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters, Bramley and Browns.
Serve as you would Champagne; chilled and open with care. Brut nature with an ABV of 7.6% Contains sulphites. 750ml
