Appearance; white gold with fine bubbles. Aroma; Caramelised pear and fresh sawn Ash.
Flavour; how you remember pear drops tasting, delicate but full flavoured, lasting well on the palate. Made by the ‘traditional method’ of in-bottle secondary fermentation using champagne yeast. Excellent on its own or with food. 750ml. 7.6%
