A very rare variety thought to originate from near Monmouth which produces a rich pear flavour with soft tannins. The pears for this perry are collected from a holding in the wye valley where no chemicals are used and wildlife thrives. This Perry was made in a small batch of 166 litres, from full juice, using wild yeasts and bottle conditioning to give a natural sparkle and sweetness. Pressed in Sept 2020. Bottled in April 2021. 750ml. 5.4%.
