A medium dry cider made from a wide variety of locally sourced apples. Using traditional methods we have created a light & thirst quenching cider to be enjoyed on long sunny days. 500ml. 5%.
AGE: A young and fresh that is fermented over the winter months to be ready late spring
METHOD: Wild double fermented to create a natural light sparkle or ‘Pet Nat’. Unfiltered to retain its natural flavour
STYLE: Grapefruit & pineapple fruity nose with a smooth sweet start, tart rhubarb in the middle with a lingering soft tannin finish
