Waterford Distillery is on a quest to unearth single malt whisky’s most natural flavour. Inspired by the world’s great wineries, they make whisky driven by their ingredient – barley – using the individual flavours found from distinct Irish farms, old, regenerative ways of farming and resurrected heritage barley varieties.
Join Adam Wells from Waterford Distillery at Fell NQ on Wednesday 6th November for a session of chats and drams as we dive into all things natural single malt.

The tasting will start at 7pm.
