Explore the delicate bittersweet flavours of Yarlington Mill ciders.
A traditional apple discovered in the Somerset village of Yarlington in the 19th Century, it grew to popularity for its scrappy, vigorous growth and complex flavours.
Traditionally, seen as an excellent blending apple and juicer, not for use on its own. Nowadays, it’s often used as a single variety with techniques such as keeving allowing the delicate qualities of the juice to complement the cider.
We will sample 6 x single variety and blended Yarlington Mill ciders, showcasing its’ best notes and uses.
Tickets are priced at £20 inclusive of cheese plates!
