Aeblerov – Pulped
Pulped. Contains spontaneously fermented cider made from mixed organic Danish apples sourced from the local Naustok orchard. We blended in organic raspberry juice right before packaging for that extra jammy summer fruit explosion, with the tartness from the wild cider base cutting through the raspberry candy sweetness. Pasteurised. Enjoy chilled. Natural sediments may occur. 330ml. 5%

Bartestree – Thorn Perry
This pure juice, medium dry, sparkling perry is made from  hand-picked Thorn pears. Bursting with soft citrus flavours. 375ml. 4.7%

Killahora – Johnny Falldown
This medium-dry cider is made from the entire range of our apple harvest, from the early lighter varieties to the late ripening, rare varieties of apples in our Cork orchards. It is a blend that brings in bright, soft acidity  but with a full-bodied, complex flavour and a lingering tannic finish.  Also includes some cask aged ciders from 2018. 500ml.

Pilton – Ten
Dry, Somerset keeved cider, made to celebrate 10 years of cider-making. Starting with a beautiful clean bittersweet keeved cider from 2019, we blended in smooth low tannin 2018 Jonagold and then carefully added flavour layers from multiple barrel-aged batches. The result is a complex, full-bodied, dry cider. A perfect accompaniment to roast lamb or robust beef stew. Complex flavours inside the bottle are matched by bold label art outside with an intricate paint-on-card effect on quality paper labels, reaching right around the bottle. Gluten free. Vegan. 6%.

Ross on Wye – Harry Masters Jersey
A 19th Century variety, dreaded in the pressing shed as it has low juice yield, meaning you must work twice as hard! However, the juice is high quality and makes a crisp, fine cider with soft astringent tannins. 500ml. 6%
