Artistraw – Kilvert’s Choice (Inspired by soft Breton cidres, this easy drinking, medium sweet lightly sparkling cider packs a punchy apple aroma followed by a smooth, buttery finish. Pour carefully to leave natural sediment for a clear drink. Ludicrously delicious! This cider was named after The Reverend Kilvert of Bredwardine, Herefordshire, a diarist who was recording tales of our stomping ground at the end of the 18th Century. We discovered our name ‘Artistraw’ in his famous diary, it being regional dialect for shrew. 375ml. 4.6%)
Ascension – Shimmy (Lovingly referred to as “The Tangbomb” at Ascension HQ. This blend of wild cider, fresh apple, pineapple and lemon will make you shimmy til the break of dawn. 330ml. 4%.)
Caledonian – North and South (A full juice 50/50 mix of keeved and dry cider. The keeved portion is made from Dabinett and Yarlington Mill from Somerset trees and the dry portion is made from locally grown varieties, predominantly James Grieve and Katy. North and South was made as a response to the near absolute apple crop failure across the Black Isle in 2019. 330ml. 5%)
