A lightly sparkling cider, made from 100% Gilly bittersharp apples – a hybrid apple created at the Long Ashton Research Station in the 1990s.
We have collaborated with The Ciderologist and Circumstance Distillery, maturing our Gilly cider for 9 months in Circumstance’s 200L Oak Barrel, previously used to age their first release of Circumstantial Rye 1:2:1:5:9. 750ml. 5.5%.
