Description
The Yarlington Mill apples in this naturally sparkling cider come from an orchard close to our home in Herefordshire’s stunning Golden valley. Planted around 40 years ago, the trees were left to their own devices for around 30 years before we took on the orchard in 2017 and set about giving them a much needed annual prune after some initial restoration work. From meagre early harvests, this important task has resulted in an abundance of fruit of the most beautiful quality.
Mouth filling pét nat fizz is woven with flavours reminiscent of bitter orange, rich marmalade and sun-warmed leather. Serve cool, not chilled with a big hunk of mature cheddar cheese. Drink now or lay down until 2026. 750ml. 6.3%.
