Harvested by hand in November 2020’s erratic weather which included everything from glorious sunshine to sudden cloud bursts and driving rain. A fine sight we must have made, a pair of lunatics on the grass, head to toe in waterproofs, obsessively grading, selecting and sorting only the finest fruit, every day from dawn until dusk.
Bright and fruity with the still and calm of the moon itself, this cider pours golden amber with a taste reminiscent of strawberry, ripe berries and a smattering of red apple skins and the orchard floor in Autumn. Soft but present tannin and a slight effervescence in the mouth. 750ml. 5.7%.
