Description
Our cider is made from apples and apples only with fruit gathered carefully by hand from wild old orchards, long forgotten by humans but beloved by bird and beast. Deep roots plough the rich red soil made fertile by worms, reaching down to extract complex nutrients to swell fruit come autumn. To be a natural cider maker is to surrender to nature’s rhythms. Our schedule will forever belong to the orchard where conventional time has no place.
Sweet rose petal mingles with notes of ripe cantaloupe melon, underpinned with a warming tannic structure. Pairs perfectly with charcuterie or any strawberry based dessert. 750ml. 5.4%.
