A blend of 55% of our favourite dessert apple, Ashmead’s Kernel, producing a unique flavour, balanced with Michelin and Chisel Jersey bittersweets. Crisp and wine like, with the tannins of the cider apples delivering a soft, slightly sweet finish. Would complement a rich meal, or can be enjoyed on its own, ideally at cooler room temperature.
