Ray Williams became known as the father of Perry pears after writing the guide to them in the 1960s. This perry is a blend of Hendre Huffcap and Winnal’s Longdon pears. The blend reputedly used by Ray to win the Long Ashton Perry Competition. Naturally sparkling, medium dry. Contains harmless sediment, pour with care. May contain traces of sulphites.
