This cider is an annual blend from our own orchard. A snapshot in time of the vintage each year, it gives an expression of the apple varieties, the weather & the land.
Each year is unique depending on the yields of our eight different varieties.
Despite the yearly variation, this cider is always balanced, easy drinking and our favourite. 750ml. 6.8%.
