Description
A blend of Dabinett and mixed garden apple varieties, which together have created a smooth, well-balanced drink. It pours a glorious gold colour, just like the sunrise across the River Witham near our cidery.
How to serve: very lightly chilled
The aroma: crisp green apples meets autumn flora. Young brandy spirit entwined with oak, dried apples and plenty of spice.
The taste: Dabinett’s characteristic fragrant orange, vanilla and gentle spice is perfectly on show, coupled with hints of fresh green apples, but also aged wood character. There are little wisps of smoke that stand out, but tannins, acidity and sweetness are perfectly integrated, creating an incredibly, smooth, vinous and juicy cider. 750ml. 7.2%
