Winning best Perry 2018 at the national fruit show, the first of the 3 pressings is a 50/50 blend of Thorn and Huffcap varieties.
We repeated this winning combo for our 2019 perry, and in 2020 we experimented with a more tannic and acidic Blakeney Red single variety perry. Best served cool. 750ml.
