Wholly riper and more luscious than its delicate, crystalline 2021 predecessor, the fruit this time around is a spectrum of yellow – mango, peach and pineapple – siting within a fabulously long and textured liquid. With a hint of ripe tannin, a touch of sweetness and balance, poised acidity, this Perry speaks elegantly of the glory of he vintage.
It’s a Perry that is very food friendly and works beautifully with vegetarian dishes and fine seafood.
