Description
Sitting up above the main orchard, now masked in trees, is the Flagstaff. An ancient highpoint that was used to signal across to Dundee by raising flags and lighting a Lanthorn. It now acts as a backdrop and important windbreak to the orchard sitting at its feet.
A blend of handpicked eating and cooking apples carefully selected, fermented and then finished in oak to create a smooth yet vibrant and fruity style of cider. Light, crisp, fresh with subtle sweetness from the eating apples, before the tartness of the cookers kick in to give a sherbet like finish. 100% apples. Not from concentrate. Contains sulphites.
