Description
The Power and The Glory is an Eau de Vie. The spirit of the Foxwhelp apple distilled. After a spontaneous wild ferment of Broxwood Foxwhelp apple juice from the harvest of 2021, the resulting dry cider was matured for 12 months before being lovingly distilled in a column still by Shaun Ward, master distiller at Ludlow Distillery. The resulting spirit is so aromatically appley accurate for the Foxwhelp apple and the taste so creamy and smooth for an eau de vie. Pure joy in a bottle. 500ml. 42%.
