Hereford Applefest is an annual October time celebration of the centuries old tradition of cidermaking in our county. This cider is the celebration of cidermaking in Herefordshire today; with equal parts cider from each contributing maker. Using classic cider apple varieties, we sought to come together to layer our flavours and to showcase each of our contributions and styles, in order to find harmony in our shared love of the apple. The result is a juicy, tangy flavour rounded out by soft, tickly tannins! 750ml. 7.4%
