Made back in 2023, by soaking pressed pinot noir and bacchus grape skins on apple juice to extract colour, tannins and flavour. The resulting cider/wine was fermented and matured before being blended with our naturally sweet keeved cider. Guest blending and label design by Martyn Goodwin-Sharman.
