Chisel Jersey is a flavoursome, intense Somerset variety. Characterised as a full bittersweet; the flavour fills the mouth with leathery, spicy astringent tannins, giving the sensation of eating rich dark chocolate. Dry and bitter, but with complex fruit character running through the drink. Best harvested late, and then given at least twelve months to mature and soften, when it transforms into a true delight. 500ml. 6.8%.
