Dabinett is the most important cider apple in Britain, widely planted for over two centuries. It is a vintage bittersweet with all the character that makes traditional English cider: tannin, complexity and body. This batch is our first main in stainless steel and the result is a very fruit forward Dabinett! Peach and melon alongside the classic bitter orange combine to make a cider that pops across the palate. Delicious! 500ml. 6.8%.
