Description
A rare cider. The 2022 harvest produced such spectacular and exciting fruit that when a beautiful oak cask arrived on the farm to be filled in early November, we were hopeful we could make something special. A blend of Dabinett and Kingston Black apples has created a cider bursting with fruit, overflowing with layers of gorgeous harvest season aromas and with a deep, rich flavour as it travels across the palate. A cider full of life, of which we could only make 280 bottles. 750ml. 8.4%.
