Improved Lambrook Pippin is a Somerset variety that makes an absolutely delicious eating apple. Ripe in mid October, it does not keep very well, so every year Albert gets eating with aplomb! This delicate cider bellies it’s 6.5% abv with an incredibly juicy aroma, hints of pineapple and a gently acidic, delightful dance across the palate. It has no tannin, so a very quick and refreshing finish. This will not last long! 500ml. 6.5%.
