We planted these trees in the late 1980s as Ball’s Bittersweet, only for DNA identification in 2022 to reveal an astonishing truth – not only were they not Ball’s Bittersweet, they have a completely unknown genetic profile! A unique mystery that fortunately for us is full of delicious flavour! 500ml. 7.6%.
