Sherrington Norman is a very old French variety that was first propagated in Herefordshire by the Bulmer brothers. Today it is not widely available due to a high susceptibility to scab and its drooping growing habit rendering it unsuitable for machine orchards. A great shame as it produces an individual bittersweet cider of the highest quality. We treasure our five trees and celebrate whenever we have enough for a single variety bottling. 500ml. 6.5%
