Sherrington Norman is an old Herefordshire variety that was first widely propagated by the founding Bulmer brothers. Today it is not commonly available, a great shame as it produces a bittersweet cider of the highest quality! We treasure our five trees and celebrate whenever we have enough for a bottling. This is the first SV since the 2019 vintage and we have only 110 bottles! 500ml. 6%.
