A favourite apple of ours: a mild bittersweet which fruits early in the season. It has a soft, gentle flavour, characterised by a fruity middle and delicious light tannins that combine with satisfying drinkability. It is of origin unknown as centuries ago, many apples were known simply as ‘Redstreak,’ but whatever the case, this variety is now here to stay. 500ml. 6%.
