Stoke Red is a bittersharp apple variety which produces a cider with a balance of both acidity and tannin. This bottle is made from just one single tree, planted on the farm nearly 40 years ago. In 2021, the fruit had higher than normal tannins, so we gave this cider time to mature and develop until it has reached the point now where it has a great depth of flavour and is very drinkable indeed! 500ml. 6%.
