Thorn is a centuries old, highly prized native perry pear. It fruits in the early season and gains a beautiful yellow appearance as it ripens. Thorn has an aroma of elderflower with some lime and lemon mixed in, delicately floral and inviting. The flavour is gently sharp with a mixture of pineapple, lemonade and gentle fruits. Each vintage produces a unique flavour and the 2020 is defined by softness and lightness. Effortlessly drinkable. 750ml. 5%.
