Yarlington Mill is one of the all time great bittersweet apples. This is the first harvest from our young, top worked trees. The fruit they produce is large and beautiful but perhaps a little immature. This Yarlington is a little quieter than typical. A gentle flavour gives us a cider that is delightful, relaxing and enjoyable, led by hints of spice and characterised by soft tannins. 500ml. 6.5%.
