Yarlington Mill is one of the very best varieties. These apples however were pressed slightly overripe and the result is this cider is not as bold as our favourite Yarlington’s. It carries the classic character of Yarly – clove, nutmeg, juiciness, but perhaps without the depth of flavour we would have loved to achieve. 500ml. 6.5%.
