Rob Stockley can’t claim many vintages under his belt so far in his cider making career but with the guidance and experience from working with the good folks at Wilding, his 2022 bottle releases are proving to be truly exciting and a new maker to watch out for.
Soiree is an off dry, still, tannic cider made with hand picked apples from unsprayed trees in Somerset, fermented naturally over the border in Dorset. Cold racked to keep some residual sweetness with balanced classic fruity tannin. Succulent notes of baked apple & golden syrup with a colour to match. Pairs well with food at an evening occasion. 750ml. 6.4%.
