Thornborough Yorkshire Cider, dry, traditional, artisan cider. Made from locally sourced apples, using a traditional rack-and-cloth press, Thornborough Cider is a deliciously crisp, traditional cider which is worlds away from the sweet, fruit flavoured ciders which are the trend these days. Using only Natural yeast fermentation, no filtration, pasturisation or added sulphites, the result is a pure, sparkling cider of real quality.
Based in the village of Thornborough, North Yorkshire, Kingsley makes his traditional cider using only Yorkshire apples, hand-pressed each autumn on a traditional rack and cloth cider press. Fermentation is natural, and the cider is unsweetened, unsulphured and unpasteurised. A true taste of Yorkshire. 750ml. 6.9%
