Off dry, fruity table cider. Commix is a classic blended cider for drinking with food. This vintage is a blend of bittersweets Dove, Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey, with the lovely light sharp Browns. The result is a well balanced, easy drinking cider with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, balanced with a little residual sugar.
Hand picked fruit, wild yeast, no additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. 750ml. 6.2%.
