A single variety cider of Kingston Black from Burlands orchard in Compton Dando which Sam & Beccy manage. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel and racked in the winter to retain natural sweetness. The hot year in 2022 produced a slight divergence from typical Kingston Black aromatics, here it’s like baked strawberry tart, caramelised apple and a wisp of sweet smoke. It is lush with full tannin and pretty sparkle with characteristics high quality acidity. A definite candidate for cellaring, great with ripe cheeses. Medium Sweet Lightly Sparkling Cider. 750ml. 6.8%
