Description
Picked and pressed at the end of October and start of November, this perry is a blend of late ripening varieties from the Perry House Farm orchard in Chew Stoke. Based around Oldfield, with Pine, Hellens Green, White Longdon, Barnett and New Meadow in smaller roles. Racked once during the winter to retain natural sweetness, this has the acidity and tannin to balance. Very gently sparkling. Great with rich cheeses like Stichelton or Pevensey Blue. Drink chilled.
Hand picked fruit, wild yeasts only and no additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. 750ml. 6.3%.
