This cider reached maturity at the same time we heard the cuckoo call for the first time in years. In May, I sing night and day…the cider is ready when the cuckoo sings.
Whole juice. Wild ferment. GF & vegan. 2023 harvest. Medium sweet cider. 500ml. 5.5%.
