A fine, dry, naturally sparkling Cider. Vintage 2014. Made by the traditional method of in bottle secondary fermentation. Bollhayes aim for purity, the expression of the fruit, the land and the vintage. Excellent on its own or with food.
Appearance; honey coloured with fine bubbles. Aroma is complex; meadow hay, apricot and sawn chestnut. Flavour; apples and nuts with a persistent lightly bitter finish. Brut nature with an ABV of 8.4 % NO ADDED SULPHITES. 750ml.
