Description
This cider is made with juice pressed from local apple James Grieve (a variety originating in Edinburgh but seems to love the Highlands), this cider was wild fermented through the winter in ex whisky casks. Bottled pet-nat very close to being finished so only a light sparkle. This one is all about that fantastic jangly acid that James Grieve is famed for, similar to a bag of tangfastics, fruity and sharp. Vegan. Gluten free. 750ml. 6.5%
