Fermentation: Wild keeved fermentation and dry fermentation in barrel
Maturation: In barrel
TASTING NOTES
On the nose – Apple juice, vanilla, woodland walks
On the palate – Green apple skin, citrus and tropical fruit with a very slight hint of smoke from whisky barrel ageing.
