Transparente Cidrerie Vulcain, dry natural cider, Fribourg area of Switzerland. This cider is made from a blend of soft apples that have great natural acidity. Green apples blended with different varieties, the unripe fruits giving lots of freshness to the sweeter varieties used. The varieties of sweet apple present in this blend are macerated for one day on the pulp. Ancient varieties such as Transparente de Croncels, Reinette de Champagne, Pomme Raisin and Rose de Berne are found in the blend. This is deliciously easy yet complex cider, goes with anything and everything and fantastic alternative to wine with lower alcohol. 750ml. 4.5%.
