Cidre 2 Table Brut Cyril Zangs, DRY natural wine disguised as Cider, from Normandy. Made from 15 varieties of apple, the Cidre 2 Table is the house style of Cyril Zang. It is expertly blended to give a cider of complexity, yet freshness and drinkability. The apples undergo natural fermentation and second fermentation in bottle, before being disgorged and resealed under a crown cap. With his unique old school approach of making cider, Cyril Zangs produces gourmet ciders which are more complex than most in the region. By blending apples varying from sweet to tart, he is able to create a drink that gives a feeling of drinking a wine disguised as a cider. It works well with a whole manner of different foods, savoury and sweet. It has very low sulphur and low abv making it perfect for a high quality lunch. 750ml. 5.5%.
