Description
Wild foraged apples from DeRidder Grove upstate NY are wild fermented in neutral barrels and bottled pét-nat. High acid and high sugars make for a jangly, fruity pet nat with hints of kiwi, lime and fresh mint. 750ml. 8%.
Serving Suggestion:
This high acid, high tannin mouthful makes a powerful and refreshing palate cleanser for rich foods. Pair with cook-outs and patio dining.
For a fun summer meal, serve with fish and chips doused with plenty of malt vinegar. The buttery white fish brings out the cider’s fresh, citrusy complexity and the earthy flavor of the vinegar plays nicely with the cider’s energetic acidity, bringing the whole meal together.
