Description
Delicate, ripe tropical fruit on the nose and grapefruit pith, bitter orange and wild herbs on the palate, with lingering soft grippy tannins .
Perfectly ripe, exceptionally aromatic, unsprayed apples were handpicked from Exe valley orchards. A spontaneous fermentation was bottled towards the end of primary fermentation to capture a soft, natural sparkle.
Food pairing – pairs exceptionally well with the flavours & spices of Latin American & Caribbean cuisine. Medium dry. 750ml. 6%.
